The CarrierMate™ in-cab device supports sixteen languages. The driver selects his language on the electronic logging device (ELD) and he’s ready to respond to your messages.
CarrierWeb uses cellular communication to send and receive messages. Messages can be macros or free-form text. In addition to the low monthly cost, the big advantage of this is that messages are delivered to the unit quickly. On the CarrierWeb site all messages are automatically acknowledged and resent if for any reason the CarrierWeb servers detect that a message has not been received.
